So yes. I need to confess. I'm actually rather scared of getting SD bodies for my boys. HONESTLY other than the price, one of the reason I wanted to get a Bobobie body for Ika is because IT IS LIGHTER. T_____________T

I'm so scared that if I spend this money on Syfen/Ika/Makira's body, I'll have to come to terms with just how HUGE they'll be, and how heavy >_< Rawr.

Plus, because they'll be huge-er, they'll generally be harder to pose >_<

Even my housemate agrees, that she thinks I might not like SD sized cos the hugeness. Damn you fuggers who only makes pretty SDs and not equally beautiful matured MSDs D;
I really want Syfen and Ika to be complete. I really still want a Bernard. I still want an Anais/Jun/Shirou/Tsukasa. But. So Expensive. So.... HUGE. Y_Y;

I think I need to come to terms with this once and for all (noooo T_T). I'mma get Syfen his bodeau (whut? ._.) and share it between the trio for a while. Then I'll see how I like it with their size. I'll probably like because sewing for them will be just a wee easier, what with the larger scale. Plus the clothes people sell for SDs are generally nicer (size-ism! D: ) And... well.

I still want a Dreaming Shiwoo, Dreaming Yder, Floy and... and.... T_T;

Edit : Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm currently being a complete DORK and am collecting all the FFVII walkthrough videos this woman here has uploaded.

ANYWAY. About those Terrible Habits.

I have this horrible tendency to re-buy things that I like. Right now, I'm just flailing myself away from buying that poor Mano (female Jade) that's on DoA. Like. YES. REALLY. LINA. I do NOT need TWO Jades, no matter how much I obsess over that sculpt. Plus, I don't obsess over other Jades as much anymore cos I have my own to feed me my fix. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't mean that I've gotten bored of the sculpt (not yet D: *crosses finger*). It's just that I like mine better, because of how he looks and who he is. I still watch any Jades I find on LJ and stuff tho :D

It's like Sephiroth. You could show me Sephiroth photos, fanart, figurines (unless it's a lifesize Madame Toussad(?) wax sculpture, or some other large/larger than life statue /smex) and I wouldn't be all that impressed. But show me a walking, talking, JUST BASICALLY MOVING SEPHIROTH and you get a completely brain-denatured fangirl. Like Advent Children. And Crisis Core. I'D WATCH THRU GACKT FOR YOU, YOU SEXY, MOVING, SEXY SILVER HAIRED BITCH! It's all situational yo :B

Oh, just another thing I realised about Sephiroth. He reminds me of somekinda Makira-Syfen offspring XD Althought that'd be weird, the thought of Makira and Syfen together^^;;

P/s : I hate my Zack Fair skin tone D; It's only good in the fact that I could probably blush it to any colour I wish. But it's so pale that it's the closest to white skin I've got, and I srsly do not favour white skin T_T Once I get Syfen's body I guess I'll blush him to that first so he could borrow it for a while.

P/s/s : There's a modded Saint head on DoA. He looks more like a stern Bernard imho and I srsly wants. Though, what I srsly srsly want is a Bernard. I hope Dollshe would stay "down" until I've got all my SD bodies, or until I do not want to has a Bernard anymore.

... Yes I'm using my other boys' bodilessness as a reason to postpone getting a Bernard. And hope that this "Bernard" obsession would die before I cave in.

On a side note, I braided part of Ika's hair last night while talking to trirose. I only did two small braids on his left side. I think I might do a few more^^ It's the side of his earring, which I have yet to make/buy/construct. I'll post pics when I'm done.

I think the golden metallic eyes will end up in Ika if Shiyu doesn't work out. And maybe, just maybe, in Raleigh too, altho Raleigh's supposed to have half purple, half blue eyes. I swear not to try looking for Kato nor Raleigh's eyes until I'm sure I want to make one of them into a character tho.

Honestly, I'm a little worried about Makira as Zack too. It'll work, I believe it will, but eh >_<; there's this feeling inside me that he's trying to flee again. Damn travellers =_=
But if he goes, his head will go to Raleigh, and the F38 will really be Kato/Shiyu for Ikari. I keep feeling so upset lately. I'm not feeling hurt or in pain or anything, so it's not pms. I think I'm just mentally unstable. I'm not very nice anymore. Well, I'm kinda nice to people still, but I snap at things easily. Like, I'm so tired of holding anything back. If I see a chance to snap, I snap. And later on I'll probably feel like shit, cos I have a guilty conscience to match.

That side, I fell in love with a modded Gretel head D: Goddammit she's just so cute, although she looks so sad T_T But I dun wanna pay so much for a vinyl, even if modded T_T Outright, I'd probably pay about 65 for her, shipped. And she's past that now. /stingy.

My obsession for Bernards has also resurfaced again. Although it's possibly just a broken hearted fool's obsession who couldn't get over her ex. Bernard looks like my ex. I want my bernard, and I want to give him a lithe girl to care for. In my vanity and plain hopelessness, I would name the girl Evaela and model her after my persona, Lina Evaela A'rel 8DDD (whoever took that as my actual name, well, don't worry. it's as close as you'll ever get on the internet XD)

I'll probably name him Hakil or so. BUT, as I've found out with Shiyu, unless the doll is already in my hands (head at least), I need to actively figure out his story and background and let him play around in my head with the trio (Makira, Ikari, Syfen) or actively let him roam in his story. I have this thing that I cannot keep to new stories or new characters much anymore cos of the lack of time to develop or put anything down. It's really very annoying. There's a story in my head (a world really) that's really full of potential (and possibly more cliches as well) that keeps fading back, and coming back after a few weeks, with nothing new, and jsut known scenes repeating. I can't develope it past where it is, but I really want to.

I think it's cos I don't bother telling anyone about them. I used to tell a friend, UD, in the beginning. I even made an Agito-ish female demon character named Ysabel in her image XD But yeah... Oh. Makira is in that world and part of the story too. It's the world he ran to with his last boyfriend who belonged to my ex. His punching bag, Evan. Haha punching bag. Yeah, I made Makira lose him in that world so that's why he's even more emo than before. But he's with Ikari now, so that's fine for now I guess. Although I swear they won't last hahhaa. Maybe I should write or draw somtehing about them to see if they'll really work out. I really want the Zack head and their bodies now tho. To take pics of them loving together while the time lasts.

Is it just me, or is Maki a slightly more tender eyed, frowny F38? I'm using the sculpt for Raleigh now, as I think Shiyu will not work out. But that's mostly because Squid (Ika alone means squid in japanese lol) is too obsessed with Mr Blue Serpent Makira right now. God they have such a volatile relationship, I have no idea what's gonna happen when the F38 head comes home.

If Ikari and Makira lasts, Mr. F38 will be Raleigh Kai Jaiden, Syfen's old long time crush (I really can't make anyone else for my emo empath D: He goes all "Yeah, okay. I'm fine with that." or "Mmhmm, okay. I can stay with this guy." or "Sure, we can be together, I guess." ...Bitch.)

If Ikari and Makira -don't- last, Mr F38 shall be Shiyu, Ikari's new love interest, a time travelling Japanese scholar born in the Muromachi age (I did a dork!research on the Japanese history timeline, and I think the Muromachi period is the best) and his two previous lovers wrapped all in one (Husband - Kato, Almost Husband - Edward).

I'm flailing around trying to find half blue- half green eyes in 14mm (like the kind that was everywhere on ebay back when I hadn't a head to buy it for). At least I know it exists, if not in that size >_<; But if Raleigh comes to be, well... I'll have to run around for the so-far non-existant half blue-half purple eyes.

I wanna get some Lauscher-Glasaugen eyes. I wish they can do half coloured eyes for me without asking for my head in turn. No, I don't want pupil rings, blended or not T_T that'll be a last try, seeing the price. Plus, that's not how I colour them eyes XD

Anyway, DoA was down for the longest time. After talking to trirose I decided to drop by Den of Demons, to give the place a try. Nope, no sale. I hate the place. Being truthful is one thing. Being completely rude is another. Den of Demons is like a place where it's cool to be as rude as you can about other people's dolls. Nope, no sale. Never.

I went to Resinality next. It made me feel better. It really has a potential for the next biggest doll forum, but if given DoA's weight and load, it'll be harder to keep up than DoA itself, seeing the extras that they do. If we're lucky, people won't hound both forums at once, but rather spend time at one or the other for a while, giving the two forums a balanced flow of online users.

That'd be otp, but I know people are more likely to open both forums at once XD I know I won't be able to swear that I'll only open one forum at a time :P

Ikaboo finally received his Reve en Poupee wig yesterday. It's an awesome colour. The colour is TOO FULL OF SEX. IKARI IS PRACTICALLY BLEEDING SEX THROUGH HIS HAIR.

Can you tell that I'm happy? I just wish that that front portion of the fringe wasn't so flat cut. I wish I knew how to layer hair like my ma.

And you noticed his purple eyes? YES IKA GOT PURPLE EYES FINALLY! THANKS EBAY! But no thanks for making one eye iris smaller than the other. It looks like he's wearing 18mm-16mm wtf. Thank god the hair covers one eye. I think this calls for a further metamorphosis. I asked haya5h1 to help me get both 16mm and 18mm metallic gold. If she's successful, I'll use one eye from one of the pairs (whichever Shiyu will end up not using), and match it will the purple eye thats of the similar iris size. Yes Ika'll look weird with one purple, one gold eye, but that's just a proposition. PLUS, how many people gets to dictate what magical coloured eye they get bestowed with? XD

Yes, if Ika does get one gold eye, he'll be bestowed with the powers to travel through time with Shiyu, and they'll be able to find each other no matter where in time and space they are <3

On a character-side note : After half an hour on the awesome Araihime's website on yaoi gallery, I ...well. I saw Makira collared to Ikari's wrist. And they were just at each other's throat a day ago too. Damn.

In the favour of things, I have decided to keep Ikari. He finally smiled again, and I can't say no to that smile *_* But I told him that I would try pamper him in whatever way I can. Except for a delf body. Unless little mr angry pants would like to wait till next december for his limbs >_>;

I am looking around for a second set of hair and eyes for the lovely dear though. Like a second default look. I've decided that it's not very far from his current look : long black hair and blue eyes (originally long wine red hair and purple eyes). This still means that I've got to redo Ika's faceup to match black -and- dark wine wig. Fortunately it shouldn't be too hard as they're both dark colours.

Unfortunately number 3 (that I want the most) is sold out >_> (just like the DW104 Cherry that I so, so, so want so much D; ). Between one and two I'm leaning a wee bit towards 1, but we'll see.
